Our maintenance plans are designed to keep your HVAC system running at optimal performance and efficiency. Routine maintenance from a Titan technician can prevent repairs and extend the life of your heating and cooling system. It is recommended that you have this checkup done twice a year. It’s possible that you may void your manufacturer’s warranty and possibly your labor warranty by not regularly maintaining your system. V.I.P. Service Plans

We will come out once in the spring and once in the fall and perform a complete system checkup. We schedule your appointments with you when you sign up and remind you two weeks before each service. Nothing to remember, we do all that for you.

V.I.P. Platinum Plan

  • Get 6 maintenance visits (two per year) over 3 years.
  • Get 10% off all parts and a free air filter each visit.
  • Cost = $570.

V.I.P. Gold Plan

  • Get 4 maintenance visits (two per year) over 2 years.
  • Get 10% off all parts and a free air filter each visit.
  • Cost = $450.

V.I.P. Silver Plan

  • Get 2 maintenance visits per year.
  • Get 10% off all parts and a free air filter each visit.
